At Amour Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives back to us in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned bottle, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
